Claire Davies - Advocate Partner
Previously an associate of Mourant du Feu & Jeune, Claire joined the firm as an associate in 2003 and became a partner in 2005.
She now serves on the committee of the Jersey Family Law Association and is a resolution trained collaborative lawyer.
Claire graduated from Coventry university in 1991 with an honours degree in business law. She subsequently passed the English Bar examination in 1992 before moving to Jersey to continue her legal training. Claire was called to the Jersey Bar in 1997. Subsequently, she has been awarded a Post Graduate Diploma in the Management of Legal Practice.
Claire’s experience lies mainly in private client litigation and particularly in dealing with matrimonial and employment cases.
Claire is a member of the Jersey Law Society, the Jersey Family Law Association and an affiliate member of Resolution (formerly the solicitor’s family law association). She served as the Island’s Acting Batonnier between May 2003 and January 2004.
