Katherine Berry - Advocate Associate

Kate joined the firm in September 2009 as an associate, having previously been employed as an associate at Ogier.

She graduated from Staffordshire University with an LL. B (Hons) in 1993 and qualified as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales in 1996. She was admitted to the Bar as an Advocate of the Royal Court of Jersey in 2001.

Kate is an experienced family law practitioner, having worked in Ogier’s Personal Law Group for eight years. She also has considerable experience in investment funds and general corporate and commercial work, whilst being part of Ogier’s Business and Trust Law Group for four years.

Kate is a member of the Jersey Law Society and a member of the Jersey Family Law Association.
