Rob Gygax - English Solicitor

Rob arrived in Jersey in 1999 when he took up the post of Head of the Family Law department at Bailhache Labesse (now Appleby Hunter Bailhache). Rob joined the firm as an Associate to work predominantly with Claire Davies on matrimonial, family and child related matters.

Rob graduated from Wolverhampton University with an LL.B (Hons) in 1993 and qualified as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of England and Wales in 1997.

Rob's experience lies principally in matrimonial and family work and he has experience in all areas of ancillary finance matters and matters appertaining to children of broken marriages and relationships. In terms of resolving financial matters flowing from the breakdown in a marriage or relationship, he has advised a broad spectrum of clients ranging from those with modest assets to those who have high net worth.

Rob is a member of the Association of English Solicitors practising in
Jersey, the Jersey Family Law Association and is an affiliate member of "Resolution" (formerly the Solicitor's Family Law Association.)
